Featuring a restaurant on site, Villa Ema offers a sauna and a hot tub as well as ski-to-door access and ski storage facility; free WiFi is provided and free parking on site as well. The rooms all feature a balcony offering views of the countryside and mountains, a flat-screen TV with both cable and satellite channels and a bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. Breakfast is served every morning and barbecue facilities are at guests' disposal. Grocery deliveries can be ordered and dining is possible in the on-site restaurant. Guests can relax on a terrace. "The location is in the forest and the view is superb. We decided to stay here because of its location very close to the 7 Rila lakes hike and chairlift. The staff was very nice and friendly, even though they didn't speak English, we managed to understand each other using Google Translate :). Breakfast was very delicious. The room was a bit small (we hardly managed to accommodate 2 suitcases) but clean and cozy, and the bed was comfortable. There was a good quality service versus a very reasonable price - the villa and the rooms look very well and the location is superb."
