"Excellent location in a natural paradise. The town is close by but no noise is heard around the compound other than the waving of the lake's water. Staff was very helpful and food was just great. Accommodation is rustic but that's what one comes here for at the end of the day. Easy transportation from Ouidah."

"The view from the restaurant was beautiful, and the food was delicious. The staff were very kind and welcoming. I would be happy to stay here again."

"I heard loud music from a nearby village the night before a public holiday, but that’s quite common in Benin, and it wasn’t so loud that I couldn’t sleep. The shower only had cold water, but since it was hot, it wasn't a problem."

"No door between room and bathroom (even though it's possible). The lake itself is quite shallow and not very suitable for swimming. Nevertheless, the environment itself is very pretty"

"Property was alright ,plenty of space .Even better if there is more of you as there was 2bedroom in the apartment.Every door has a key and there is a security guard there at night .The host calls multiples to check on how you’re doing .A mosquito net could be a plus . Definitely worth it for the rate it is being offered at."
