"I had a very pleasant stay at Higher Hotel, Brunei from 5th to 8th January. The hotel staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The service was excellent, and I really appreciated the free luggage storage service, which made my travel plans much easier before check-in and after check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing stay. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to shops, food places, and easy access to the city. Overall, I felt comfortable and well taken care of during my stay. I would highly recommend Higher Hotel to anyone visiting Brunei and would happily stay here again in the future."

"The room was much better than the photos! It was very big, clean and the bed was super comfy. There is a kettle with tea and coffee in the room and a great Thai restaurant downstairs. All of the staff are so friendly and kind. I would definitely stay here again."
