"Amazingly helpful and friendly staff. The bathrooms were cleaned every day. The breakfast had quite a bit of variety."

"We were abke to check in early and we were able to change to a bigger room. The cleaner was very friendly and helpful, finding our childs toys and getting them back to us. I liked the chocolate puddings available for breakfast!"

"The rooms are missing curtains, so a lot of light comes in, we borrowed a blanket to try and keep it darker (we have a toddler so its important its a dark room to sleep in). The shower on the first floor....was cold...I mentioned that there was a problem and it was investigated straight away...but i was told to turn the tap only a small amount. It didnt make a difference, the shower went hot, but soon went cold again. A shame as it really let the hotel down."

"This hostel is epic. It has everything one needs, executed well: comfy bed, liquid soap everywhere, hot water, clean, fast wifi, big rooms, toilet paper, towels, desk for working. The staff are super friendly. There is a Spanish school in the same building and you also get a discount if you stay there. Would recommend 10/10. Location is great too and sucre is a cute little town."

"The apartment was wonderful, with big spacious, well designed rooms. Very clean, with all you need. The landlord’s sister, responsible for our wellbeing, was such a nice person, just comforting us, giving good advices and helped, where she could. We could ask her for washing opportunities of our clothes, to leave our luggage’s in her little shop, when our bus just left in the evening. She and her husband were very lovely, friendly persons and took their responsibility, while the landlord was abroad and staid in contact via WhatsApp. A wonderful place to stay, if you accept one roule : be in the house at 11:00 pm"
