"Best part of the trip was the stay at Pilot House. The service provided by Pilot House was exceptional - Ms Whitmore went above and beyond. She had a resource for every question. She helped us secure a rental (Mr O'Leary - top notch). The value that came with the service exceeded the price point. The Pilot House is relaxing and comfortable. An intimate property with modern amenities. Easy to find and close to airport - excellent for weekend hideaway or longer stay."

"1. The host. Karen was cheerful, hospitable, kind and extremely helpful. She always tries to welcome her guests and to ensure that they are comfortable, safe and enjoying their stay. She is also keen in improving her service. She asked for my suggestions in this respect and took note of them. 2. The establishment. The Pilot House is small, but is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The decor and amenities are tasteful. To enjoy small and simple island life on Eleuthera, it is important to have a good base. The Pilot House hosted by Karen just offers that."

"It would be great if a kitchenette would be installed in the common area. It would allow to enjoy time at the hotel even more because the guests would be able to prepare simple meals, especially breakfast, if they do not want to or cannot go out."

"Location was quite far from the Bay St. marina that I needed to get to and taxi is expensive (USD50). So once at the unit, I stayed in there and did not wonder around. I could walk to a store not far away for food. Unit was comfortable and clean. For a short work stay, it was fine."

It is actually a secluded apartment/flat with easy access to a washer dryer room. The place is great to stay at for multiple weeks! A very affordable, reliable and safe chauffeur service is also available in case you plan on doing frequent trips. A supermarket, restaurant and convenience store are nearby too, within a 10-minute walk radius."
