"This is truly a place you will call home immediately. The house is built and decorated to perfection and would make an awesome fit for the Netflix series "the world's most amazing vacation rentals". The architecture combines inside and outside with an outdoor kitchen and various seating areas. Enjoy the hummingbirds, tukans and the beautiful jungle around you. You have a private riverside seating area as well with the option to swim. Two cute dogs will welcome you in the morning and when you return from a tour or dinner. Ant it comes with lots of extras: strong wifi, washing machine and dryer, super comfy towels, a hammock, many kitchen devices. The owner is friendly and quick in responding, there is the option to book tours, and Albert, the caretaker of the house, is very friendly and helpful. If you are in this region and the cabine is available, book it!"

"What a beautiful property! The accommodations were fantastic. So nicely crafted. We stayed in overlook. The bedroom, outdoor kitchen and private siting area made for a wonderful stay. Hadas, Melody and Albert were very friendly and helpful. Thank you!"

"Beautiful, comfortable with helpful staff who met us when we arrived. Albert was full of ideas from where to look for toucan to how to get to the nearby waterfall. Good spot to explore Cahal Pech and Xunantunich, as well as San Antonio to the south with its butterfly ranch, women's collective for crafted gifts to take home, and Ox Mul coffee. Cristo Rey a quiet town with a good restaurant, Carms. Highly recommend!"

"We loved how cozy and homey it felt away from home. He loved the location to get rural privacy but also enjoy and bask in the beautiful jungle. We adored the yellow house, the river and Monkey falls, and even Stink and Willy as our friends and guards outside."

"Oh my gosh, the property was stunning. The grounds and flowers and everything was beautiful! The little house was decorated for our anniversary and they even brought us fresh fruit to eat! We had everything we needed! The river was just down a path and there were hummingbirds everywhere!"

"The only negative thing I can think of was that we left food on the counter (in a bag) and had tons of tiny little ants. Leave your food in the fridge and you'll be good! The bathroom is not attached to the little house, so you have to beware of that if you need to go. I'd recommend the property putting up some time of curtain to block the view of the other house on site that can be opened and closed if needed."
