All s good. Do not go with high expectation. It s a camping hotel.

"It was unique and the location perfect as we had stopped off in the city of Masaru on the way. We had excellent communication with the host who organised an upgrade as we were two women travelling together and asked for the possibility of twin beds. Mark organised a full day out on his horses with his guide Motobang which was excellent and included lunch. All food was prepared by him and was delicious and plenty."

"Flexible check-in. We arrived late in the evening, put up our tent and went to sleep, then sorted out the check-in and payment in the morning."

"We enjoyed staying in the camp, which is surrounded by beautiful nature and directly connected to a private beach. It was great to see the camp in its first steps and we are really looking forward to come back. During our time we enjoyed delicious meals with the community and had beautiful conversations together, we also welcomed the opportunity to have a camp fire next to the beach. Beside the accommodation we booked a cacao workshop and cacao farm visit, which connected us with the land and surroundings even more."

If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke this would not be your best option.

"산속에 위치해 공기가 깨끗하고 주변 경관이 아름다움. 작은 캐빈에 주방용품 및 식기류, 냉장고까지 준비되어 있었고 캐빈 밖에서 음식을 조리할 수 있도록 되어 있어 냄새나 연기가 나는 음식을 하기 좋음. 조리한 음식을 옆에 있는 테이블에 앉아서 먹을 수 있음. 제안 좋았던 건 산속이지만 와이파이가 잘 터졌다."

공용 욕실과 화장실이 캐빈 밖 도로 건너편이라 조금 불편했고 침구가 좀 낡았다.

"이곳은 가장 인상적인 형태의 캠핑장 이었다. 모든 직원들이 정말 친절하고 열심히 일했으며, 주방과 화장실, 샤워실이 항상 깨끗했다. W-트레킹 떠나기 전에 2박, 다녀온 후에 1박을 지냈는데, 어느 것 하나 컴플레인 할 것이 없었다. Luggage storage 싸이즈가 꽤 큰데, 하루에 500페소. 필요없는 짐을 맡겨두고 트레킹 다녀오기에 너무 좋았다."

이 호스텔의 문제점이 아니라, 이 지역은 정말 바람이 많이 불고 추운 곳이라서 따뜻한 캠핑 장비를 제대로 준비하고 가세요!!

"Easily accessible at the center of town, close to bus stops. The host provided a lot of amenities, such as bathroom items and some snacks and water to ease a late arrival. Spacious main room, a hallway with clothes hanger and mirror, and a spacious bathroom with shower, tub, and washer."

"I really enjoyed staying at Camping La Y Griega, in Bocas del Toro. For me, the location is perfect because it is a bit further away from town (which can be very noisy), making the atmosphere much calmer and more peaceful. In addition, the two buses that go to the main destinations on the island stop right in front: to Playa Bluff or towards Bahía Dragón and Playa Estrella. Taxis to town cost 1 dollar. There are affordable options for both rooms and tents. The tents are set up on wooden platforms in a very cozy space with hammocks and sofas. The place is well maintained, with a beautiful garden and a fully equipped kitchen. Howler monkeys pass by very often, and you can also see hummingbirds, which makes the atmosphere even more special. The owner, Johny, is very attentive and friendly, and the volunteers are also very kind and helpful. If I return to Bocas del Toro, I will definitely stay there again. I highly recommend it."
