"This place is magical. Set in a beautiful valley, it is peaceful and well integrated in the natural environment. The staff is fantastic. I broke my knee during our trekking in the beautiful Campana park and René from the staff team came to pick me up at the park entrance and took me to the Olmué dispensary and helped us through the visit. Everyone was so helpful and kind. The food is excellent, the pods are cute and comfy and hidden in the forest. Even the music in the restaurant pod was perfect. We stayed two nights but would have loved to spend more time. Amazing place."

"The property was beautiful, there where small birds running around between the lodges and the atmosphere was very unique. The personnel was very welcoming, to be frank it was the best I’ve tried. Very polite, happy and even attentive to the fact that my wife didn’t speak spanish and spoke as much english to her as possible to include her in all decisions. The food at the restaurant was great."

"There showers were either cold or extremely hot, unfortunately due to the way heaters work in most of chile. But being able to shower comfortably would have been nice."

"Booking me cobró el doble del precio real de la habitación. Paguén más de 50% sobre el precio real. Tuvimos inconvenientes con el agua caliente. Intermitencia en el llenado del estanque WC. Falta aislación termica a los domos. Se extraña un frigobar en las habitaciones."
