"陽台可以直接看到馬特洪峰"
陽台景觀看出去很好，但因在河道旁，所以如果開窗的話，水流聲會很大。 接待處跟住宿點離很遠，領、還鑰匙跟繳費很不方便。

"Close to the lift and bus stop. Staff in the office are very helpful. Any issues just message them and they shall sort it straight away"
Zermatt is just expensive!

"Spacious living area, good comfortable beds and pillows. Lovely view of Matterhorn. 5 minute walk to Funicular. Ski shop next door. Great boot room, apartment on the next floor - very few stairs to climb! Good value."
The apartment is a little dated, oven and dishwasher required attention but did work. Settees could have been more comfortable.

"거의 모든 것이 완벽함. 넓고, 깨끗합니다. 테라스에서 마테호른을 볼 수 있고, 마당이 있어서 새들도 날아옵니다. 고르너그라트 가는 열차역이 몇분 거리에 있고, 중심가와도 가깝습니다."
콘센트가 침대곁에 없었고, 전체적으로 하나만 보여서 불편했습니다. 사무실과 거리가 떨어져 있어서 열쇠 픽업, 리턴이 불편합니다.

"E31 방에 3일간 지냈는데 아이거북벽이 보이는 환상적인 전망만으로도 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 위치도 도보로 피르스트와 1분 거리, 기차역과 10분 거리로 그린델발트 시설을 이용하기에 굉장히 편했습니다. 8월 말 숙박하기에 방 온도나 시설도 충분했고, 직원분은 스위스에서 만난 사람 중 가장 친절했습니다. 좋은 추억을 안겨주어서 감사합니다!"

"시설 위치 좋고 대체적으로 만족함. 주방 깨끗하고 모두 잘 작동함. 수압 온수 좋음. 침구 상태 좋음."
6월말인데 날씨가 더워 에어컨은 아니라도 선풍기라도 있으면 좋겠음. 집안 조명이 어두워 좀 밝게 개선하면 좋을 듯함.
