"1층에 로비가 없고 50층에 있어서 좀 특별했습니다. 짐이 있으면 1층 직원에게 맡기고 엘리베이터로 50층에 가서 체크인하는 시스템입니다. 방이 정해지면 직원분들이 방으로 짐을 옮겨주십니다. 직원분들은 친절했고, 침대는 편했습니다. 성도 금융센터(IFS)가 성도의 중심지라면 이 호텔은 좀 외진곳 같아요. 그래서 조용해서 좋았습니다. 49층 레스토랑은 뷰가 끝내줬어요... 아주 낭만이 있는 아침 식사였습니다. 좀 고급스러운 낭만을 원하신다면 이곳을 추천합니다~~"

"The owner, Christina is very helpful and accommodative. During our stay, I needed medical attention and she assisted us to the hospital and accompanied us throughout the treatment till midnight and paid all the fees upfront on our behalf. Even with her busy schedule, she went to the hospital the next day to get more medication for me. She again assisted us to get doctor advice before we fly back to Malaysia. She also helps us to arrange wheelchair services from the airport. We definitely will stay at her place again if we were to visit Xishuangbanna. We truly appreciate her warm hospitality."
