Fifth lounger covers staff in resturant staff had no English my AC didn’t cool the room and my bed sheets too small for the bed and the shower not hot or cold

"Everything was superb! Big bedroom with a big and comfy bed and best ac I had in Kambodja. Nice kitchen with a big refrigirator, kettle and cooking plates. Nice and quiet area with a stool and table outside and in a shady place which was nice as hot as it was during my stay."
The place is really at least 11 out of ten for the cost but what drags it down a bit is that it is almost impossible to find with no sign outside. Got lost two times in a week and there are just so many small streets all around and not even the tuk tuk drivers could find it. Otherwise it's a pearl but do use Google Maps going outside and not just trusting landmarks as I did.

"10 mins ride from town centre, though tranquil riverside setting. Enjoyed the smaller annex building with separate pool"
Constant background music even in the grounds outside. Expensive restaurant. No spa open although advertised. Not hotel's fault but we were disturbed by a loud wedding venue nearby
