"The hotel is beautifully kept and clean. Staff were accomodating of a very last minute booking. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. This is a gem of a hotel and I'll stay here again, guaranteed"

"The place is beautiful, with a spectacular view and close to the beach, although the walk requires some effort, especially on the way back. Highly recommended if traveling with friends."
The staff was generally very friendly; it’s just unusual that the host doesn’t speak Spanish in Nicaragua. The surfboards are charged separately, and this was something we weren’t informed about. It’s not recommended to rent boards there because you have to carry them up and down, and on the beach, they rent them for exactly the same price.

"Beautiful colonial house in a great location for everything in Granada. Spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable.Wonderful to have a pool and huge hammock to relax in. Great and friendly property manager."

"The owners were super friendly and they are doing their best to create a new family business and they are working on improving everything. near the beach. Good outside area for relaxing."
We were opposite an incredibly noisy disco which made it impossible for a light sleeper to get any rest. This is a shame.
