"La disponibilité de Bernard et de Valérie dans un lieu hors du temps"

"L accueil et le lieu de vie. Bernard le propriétaire des lieux na pas son pareil pour accueillir ses voyageurs. Il nous fait profiter de sa connaissance du Cap Vert et de son île. De nature affable et généreuse, Bernard nous a gratifié dun apero de départ avant de nous conduire à l'embarcadere pour prendre le bateaux. Toujours de bons conseil pour les ballades et les bonnes adresses pour se regaler de langoustes et poulpes frais. Dercy, son employée sera vous acceuillir dans son restaurant avec le sourire et générosité. Si vous devez vous arrêter sur Maio, cette adresse s'impose. Merci Bernard pour cet accueil remarquable. Propre confortable et calme, très joli."

"I was collected at the port, brought to the hotel, and given a warm welcome. Breakfast was great, and my room was clean and comfortable. The hotel owner invited me, as a solo traveller, to join him and his wife, her sister and brother-in-law, and a family friend on a day out that included a walk to Faja d'Agua and lunch with them. I was very touched by such a kind gesture it made for an exceptional stay on Brava island. I appreciated this so much."
