"Location (next to the beach but also near the supermarket and other shops - it was a small walk to the city centre). The apartment was well kept, areas were good, 2 toilets. Kitchen was well equipped."

"You can hear very well the neighbours (I guess the building construction is not very sound proof). My friend complained about her mattress (it seems it was very stiff). Not a problem for us because we didn’t use the third room but it don’t has windows."

"Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit allen notwendigen ausgestattet, der feinsandige, saubere Strand ist schnell erreicht. Die Kommunikation mit Alix, der Vermieterin funktionierte sehr gut."

"Hat mit der Wohnung erstmal nichts zutun: Auf den Kapverden kommt es ab und an zu Strom - und Wasserausfällen. Ein bis zwei Wasserkanister zu bevorraten, hilft über einen solchen Ausfall."

"Für den Preis top Appartement mit guter Ausstattung und Lage. Sehr große Wohnküche, schön eingerichtete Schlafzimmer mit 2 Bädern. 1 Schlafzimmer hat eine Klimaanlage. Gastgeberin Alix ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr gut erreichbar."

"Silikonfugen in den Duschen könnten erneuert werden. Matratzen sind etwas weichgelegen."

"The house was really well kept, with ground floor access that opens onto a private courtyard with a nice table and chairs. There was plenty of space to hang up laundry and beach towels. Inside, the house was spacious, with two sofas, a big, comfortable bathroom, and a TV with Sky access. The kitchen was fully equipped—honestly, even better than mine at home! When we arrived, Silvano, the host, greeted us warmly—he was super kind and thoughtful. He even left a couple of beers, some water, and two fruit juices in the fridge for us. The loft-style bedroom was roomy, and everything was brand new and working perfectly (including the air conditioning). Highly recommended accommodation for anyone looking to enjoy their independence on the beautiful island of Boa Vista and experience the authentic vibe of Cape Verde, just 3 minutes from Praia do Estoril and 5 minutes from the center of Sal Rei."

"Really nice, spatious and comfortable apartment in a good area, 10min walking from the centre. Amazing view from the rooftop! Angela is lovely to talk to and will share with you a lot of info and stories about the islands. Tip for breakfast: the cafetaria at the Enacol gas station 5mins down the main road serves a good one, including eggs."

"This property was the perfect retreat for us after spending 11 nights in the hustle and bustle of Santa Maria. You get the whole of the terrace and pool to yourselves, there are no other guests. Breakfast, including their own home baked bread, is prepared and served on the terrace by the owners. Ralf and Cris are very perceptive at gauging you plans for the day and proffering useful suggestions. A special place."
