"The accommodation is very cozy and peacefully located. Having a car is definitely recommended. We stayed there for four nights and truly enjoyed it, using it as a base for our hiking trips by car, as we preferred not to change accommodations multiple times on Santo Antão. Our host, Eric, and his family were incredibly kind and put a lot of effort into making sure everything was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"One small downside was that the water temperature depended on the sun’s intensity and wasn’t always as warm as we had hoped. However, it was still absolutely manageable and didn’t affect our overall positive experience."

"Idyllische Lage, nur 200 m vom Meer. Alles aus Holz, lustige, farbige Kombination, Mit PKW gut erreichbar. Frühstück wird zur gewünschten Zeit auf die Terrasse gebracht. Einen sauberen Pool gibt es auch, netter Vermieter. Anfragen werden zeitnah beantwortet. Küche für das Zubereiten von Mahlzeiten okay."

"Établissement un peu isolé de la ville et des commerces. Cela nécessite une voiture ! Mais vous pouvez vous aider d’Éric pour la gestion des taxis sans problème."

"L’île de Santo Antao est définitivement une pure merveille! Eric était très arrangeant et a fait de notre séjour un succès grâce à son aide pour plusieurs réservations. La casa est bien décorée, on s’y sent vraiment bien. Nous avons pris l’option petit déjeuner ce qui était très appréciable ! Il est conseillé d’avoir une voiture car c’est très isolé (c’est faisable également en taxi) à l’écart de tout , une sensation de vivre au bout du monde …. tout ce qu’on aime."

"There are several rooms for rent, a shared living room, and a large kitchen that is reasonably well equipped. We arrived late in the evening; their taxi driver picked us up and also showed us the room, so we didn’t have to pay a late check-in fee. The location is great if you want to go, for example, to Cidade Velha or do grocery shopping. It’s a bit farther from Plateau and the beach."

"We really liked our stay here. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful environment. Unfortunately, the baobab tree is no longer alive, but the beauty of the house does not depend on the tree. We had breakfast and diner made by Lida, the neighbour, and really enjoyed the meals (vegetarian) The fruits (papaya and passionfruit) were very delicious. Thank you."
