"Honestly, the place is completely different from what is written about it. It’s wonderful and beautiful, with comfortable beds and free parking. The air conditioning is excellent, and there’s a machine where you can buy water, cola, biscuits, and chips. The neighbors are very respectful, and the rooms are very clean. Honestly, I don’t know why people wrote negative comments, but the place is truly great.”"

"It was clean and cozy. The street is quiet and safe. The rooms are maintained in good condition. The owner is an amazing person who will always help. We accidentally left the phone in the room and shut the door. As a result, we did not have phone or other connection and we didn’t remember the password to the door. After unsuccessful attempts, the alarm went off and the owner arrived to help us within minutes."

"Nice tidy place very close to the center. All you need for a few nights in the city. Common kitchen has everything to make yourself a meal. Quiet neighbourhood. Several food stores close by, including big Metro."

"The location was perfect as it was so easy to go to the beach. Beautiful sunrise and sunset could be admired from the balcony which was facing north. The north facing balcony was excellent as it was nice and cool during the blazing hot day. We were able to heat the water by ourselves and the water in the shower heated quickly. The landlord was very helpful."

"We had a wonderful stay at this villa! Everything was clean, tidy, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen and rooms were fully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay very comfortable. The pool and lounge area with sunbeds were spotless and relaxing — perfect for enjoying the sunny weather. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive. You can really feel that they care about their guests and want you to have the best experience. Overall, it’s a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!"
