"A home away from home up in the quiet and peaceful hills above Latchi. A perfect location just a few minutes drive straight down to the harbour. The views were stunning all around. It was so beautiful we did not want to leave. Unfortunately we were only here for 5 days and will definitely come back. Highly recommended. We were visited a few times by a gorgeous little black cat who we named Mavro ( the greek word for black ) She lives in the olive trees just to the right of the villa as you look out to sea. Please look after her if you see her 🥰"

"The location was absolutely fantastic with views that you would never tire of. Very relaxing. The bedrooms were really good with ample space in each and overall the villa was very clean The staff changed the bedding twice during our stay and cleaned the villa, although there were only two of us, so it didn't need a lot of cleaning. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed in respect of utensils, crockery, and the like, etc. Wi fi was good and other than a few blackspots was good enough to meet our needs."

"Whilst we really enjoyed our stay, if we're being totally honest, the Villa is in need of updating. The furniture is a hotchpotch of different styles and really doesn't scream luxury. The chandeliers and lighting throughout the villa need updating and modernising. There were a few cracked tiles in the kitchen itself, and the worktops are also in need of a little TLC, with chipped laminate and damaged edge connectors. Whoever applied the silicon seal around the worktops didn't know or didn't care about the application as it is a shoddy job. The dishwasher is a slim line model, and whilst this was OK for two of us, if there are 6 people staying, it would be an issue. There is space for a full-size model, so I don't understand why there isn't one! There is one safety issue... the electrical wiring for the extractor hood is exposed within the bridging cupboard and could potentially give an electric shock and is a potential fire hazard! Both bathrooms are a good size but sadly let down by the tired tiling, missing grout, and screw holes and plugs left in the walls where I assume they have replaced the original shower enclosure in the ensuite one. The main house bathroom was equally as tired, with poor finishing around the top of the bath and missing grout. The main living area is not fit for purpose and would certainly be a squeeze if the villa was fully occupied. The space isn't helped by the fact that it is split level with furniture that is far too big to offer a comfortable seating area. There are a few stools provided at the kitchen 'bar' area that are a waste of time due to their height relative to the height of the kitchen worktop and we really didn't see the point of them. These stools are also tired and worn. Unfortunately, the tired feeling is continued to the outside of the villa."

"There location is good, in the quiet peaceful area not far from the sea, but the car is essential. The villa has a decent size and depth pool. The villa is just a few minutes drive form village Latchi where you can find many restaurants and cafes, and 10 minutes away from town Polis if you would like to go shopping to supermarkets."

"In my memory it was the first villa which didn't provide anything in the kitchen like a greeting pack for the guests: no bottle of water, no tea bags, no coffee, no sugar, it was absolutely empty cabinets in the kitchen except plates! Another disappointment concerns the air conditioners. There is no AC in the living room only fan which doesn't really help as it blows hot air. Only one bedroom was equipped with new AC, the other two, especially the master bedroom, have old AC which didn't have enough power to cool the rooms."

"Swiming pool and bbq was the main reason we rented this place and it didn't disappoint. Pool table was a bonus. Well equipped inside, including kitchen equipment, washing machine etc. Local supermarket / harbour 30min away on foot or 4mins by car."

"Someone always other side the fence taking care of olive trees so not much of a privacy. Air conditioning almost non existent in main bedroom so couldn't sleep well as way too hot. Some lights outside wasn't working (including swimming pool light) so it was rather dark when we stayed outside for longer. Sprinklers turned on late morning can be annoying, as it sprays water on the lounges and towels etc. Perhaps they could be turned on early morning , before breakfast? Mouse droppings on the fridge.. You may not see it if you're not 6'2" as I am (hence I didn't tell my wife who is not a fan of mouse at all). All small things but it adds up.."

"Air conditioning could not cope with the temperature. The windows need shutters. The main area (kitchen, TV) needs Air conditioning also and an exhaust to allow the hot air to escape. A second key would be useful for our adult children. The pool edges need cleaning."

"Nice and spacious villa with a sea view and swimming pool. It had all one would need for a nice stay. Plenty of restaurants nearby (with a car)."

"Villa was spotless, pool and villa were cleaned throughout our stay, plenty of towels provided next the pool and within the villa, located in a quiet area with great sea views, pool table is a great addition and kept the kids occupied throughout our stay, not much within walking distance but plenty near by within driving distance, would definitely consider returning in the future, thank you for a lovely relaxing week away 😀"
