"1. 친절하고 전문적인 직원 체크인시 숙소 주변 및 프라하의 주요 스팟을 지도를 보며 설명해줘요. 그외 관심있는 브로셔를 보고있으면 추가정보와 그 축제나 장소를 즐길 수 있는 팁을 주는데 그건 굉장한 메리트라고 생각합니다. 2. 안전함 거의 모든 여행을 혼자다니기 때문에 숙소를 결정할 때 가장 중요하게 여기는 부분이 얼마나 안전한가입니다. 출입시에 무조건 리셉션직원을 거쳐야하고 호텔을 나서면 바로 관광객들이 많이 지나다니는 길, 조금 더 걸어나가면 트램이 지나는 큰 길이 나옵니다. 오가는 사람이 많고 가게들이 밀집해있어서 혼자돌아다녀도 불안하지 않았어요. 3. 조식 구색맞춘 식사. 달걀요리와 햄요리, 디저트류는 조금씩 바뀌나 나머지는 고정입니다. 요거트, 씨리얼, 크롸상, 야채와 과일, 치즈와 샌드위치용 햄 딱 우리가 생각하는 유럽식 조식인데 맛있어요. 저는 달걀프라이 나오는 날을 가장 좋아했음. 4. 편의성 길건너면 맥도날드, 3분거리에 스타벅스와 중소형마트, 나가면 바로 카를교입구가 보이고 다리밑쪽으로 괜찮은 레스토랑이 있음. 길건너 골목에 타르트를 파는 카페와 근처에 크레페를 파는 카페 둘다 괜찮았음 5. 방분위기 에어프랑스의 말도안되는 병크로 호텔일정을 두번이나 바꿔야했는데, 그래서 손해를 좀 봤어야했는데 그걸 감안하셨던걸까요? 제가 머물 방을 업그레이드 받았습니다. 더블룸에서 스위트룸으로 ㅜㅜ 머무는 2주간 아늑한 공간을 즐겼습니다. 책상, 소파, 테이블, 큰 침대와 커다란 창이 준비된 완벽한 방이었어요. 6.객실 내 커피머신 캡슐커피 왜 맛있죠? 방에서 하루에 두잔은 내려마셨을듯"
"라디에이터가 자정부터 새벽5시정도까지 가동되지 않아요. 처음엔 고장인줄 알았는데 규칙적인 시간이 꺼졌다가 켜지더라고요. 엄청 추웠어요. 윗층 객실 손님이 발소리가 큰편이라면 조금 골때릴 수 있음. 도로쪽에서 소음이 잘 넘어오는 편이고 냉장고가 작아서 사실 없는거나 다름없음."

"Very good location close to the Charles bridge, Prague castle and the old town. Nice, clean rooms in old style as well as friendly and helpful staff. Peter in the reception gave excellent service with a smile on his lips and always made that little extra to exceed the guests expectations. He was very well informed with huge knowledge about the town and its surroundings. Peter also gave a lot of good recommendations regarding restaurants, museums, historical attractions etc.. He also always took his time for a little chat whenever you passed by the reception. I would highly recommand this small and personal boutique hotel to other guests."

"The hotel location is just perfect to explore the old town as well as the prague castle and the Mala strana area which has a lot of things to do. The room was cozy and the covers were perfect. The breakfast is also good with a variety of things you can try and for me the chocolate cake was really tasty. The staff were really friendly and helpful giving some tips on places to visit."
"My only little issue would be that the outlets were too far from the bed for charging stuff. But its an old historical building and I understand if they cant be moved freely. Still its not a big deal breaker for me."
