"I was expecting a kitchenette and sitting area but they didnt have one in the studio. I am a big woman so the staircase bathroom and open door was a bit snugged for me or handicap."

"This is not the first time i've stayed here and i always get a different room, and this time I booked a Deluxe King Studio (Punta Cana) --(they have names for all the rooms, which i find really cool) and i loved it, the room wasbig and and the bed huge and comfortable. Loved it! As usual brakfast is served in the rooftop and the usually have a nice selection. Everyone was friendly and very helpful."

"Everything was extra! Even water they wanted to charge me 10x the price. 4 USD for a bottle of water that costs .20 USD. I replaced the water I drank and they were penny pinching. No coffee anywhere so I paid 5 usd for a small small cup of coffee in the morning instead of them offering to bring me some. The breakfast was on the roof but it's 4 stories up and I had a hurt foot so I couldn't climb up all those stairs. They saw me limping around and no one offered to bring me food or coffee."
