"This was our second stay in this apartment, and we enjoyed it so much that we were excited to return. The apartment is spacious, modern, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped, featuring three recycling bins for sorting trash, and the water dispenser has a hot water option, which is incredibly convenient. Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom and air conditioning system, separate from the living room. The hosts are exceptionally friendly, and our kids were thrilled with the complimentary fruit we received during each stay. This time, the exterior of the apartment was beautifully decorated with Christmas lights, creating a cheerful and festive atmosphere."

"They double booked us so we didn’t end up in to accommodation we booked for the first night. Also if we cancelled we would have got charged full rate. They also charged an additional $40 for the night they messed up. So no refund for the additional night they cancelled, and charged an additional $40. And if we walked away we would have had the cancellation fee."

"El hotel es acogedor , con una decoración sobria y elegante, con habitaciones espaciosas y baño amplio y salas de estar. Así como su sala de juegos con mesa de ping pong muy divertida . Muy seguro y generosos con los huéspedes al ofrecer su estación de bebidas calientes y galletitas de cortesía de forma permanente. El personal educado , serio y muy atento a la solicitudes presentadas. Cumplieron con mucho más de lo pactado ,al darnos desayunos y parqueo nocturno sin costo. Todo estaba y olía a limpio, lo cual hizo nuestra estancia muy cómoda y relajada. Agradecemos que nos recibieron con nuestra mascota sin ningún tipo de restricción. Dentro del centro histórico , cerca de todo lo que uno desea visitar en Cuenca. Con toda seguridad lo recomiendo y en mis próximas visitas a Cuenca regresaré a este excelente hotel."
