"Dobra lokalizacja. Pani z obsługi bardzo życzliwa, ale bez znajomości angielskiego. Komunikacja utrudniona. Agencja którą polecała na wycieczkę na Chimborazo, kompletny niewypał. Na szczęście udało nam się coś zorganizować w ostatniej chwili i nie zmarnowaliśmy dnia."

"The room was clean and adequately sized-- not too small, not too big. There was a TV. The hotel itself was clean. Location is very close to the bus station, with many restaurants around. It's very affordable too."

"Excelente el tamaño de la habitación incluyendo su cama con sus múltiples capas de colchas para arroparse. Tenia un parador pequeño para colocar los objetos y mochilas. El baño contaba con agua caliente al girar la perilla derecha con la izquierda al ser el de frío regulaba que tan caliente uno deseaba. Excelente servicio a la habitación, incluso proveen con más rollo de papel higiénico en caso de requerir. El hotel y sus lugares aledaños son muy tranquilos y seguros. Igual uno debe ser precavido para evitar cualquier situación. La dueña del hotel responde casi inmediatamente si se presenta una novedad."
