"If you want to stay in this area then this is a great choice. A very short walk from Plaza Foch, but located on a quiet, leafy street. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable and the owner, Darwin, and his wife, Carlota, were really helpful in sorting me a Claro SIM for my mobile and in general. Great place!"

"You should definitely consider staying at this hotel when in Quito. It's centrally located on perhaps the most charming street in the city, lined with old plane trees. The atmosphere is charming, artsy, and peaceful, almost like a homestay. The patio is fantastic, adorned with numerous potted plants. The rooms are cozy and spotlessly clean. The staff is absolutely fantastic, always ready to help. Plus, they serve a nice breakfast! Highly recommended!!"

"good place to stay the night when going to Mindo, airport, Colombia clean room free water, tea, coffee not a lot of travelers in the main area to meet staff helped us to get sim cards and arranged transport to the airport"

"Darwin and his partner where really welcoming and open for any type of conversation. As i arrived a bit late i could order food with his app they use in Quito for food delivery. That was really helpful and made my stay very confi. The place is well organized and clean. You get free water/coffee/tea all day long."

"I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel while traveling solo. The location is excellent, and because the hotel has only a small number of rooms, it feels very private and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quiet time. Room was beautiful, comfortable, with all necessary amenities. The swimming pool area is absolutely lovely and a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was that the hotel has its own boat, which made it incredibly easy and enjoyable to take boat tours and visit the beautiful islands nearby. It was a fantastic advantage. A special thanks to the reception, incredibly helpful, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The owner is also a very kind and warm person, which truly adds to the friendly and personal atmosphere of the hotel. I would happily return and highly recommend it."

"This place was amazing me and my girlfriend absolutely loved it it was such a nice nice atmosphere! IT had a fully equipped kitchen! Had a lovely little garden with hummingbirds the staff were really helpful and intentive!
