"The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is large and very filling - it was delicious too. The location is great, just a short walk from the main park with the beautiful cathedral. I could walk to most places. Lovely staff."
"It can get a little loud at times. Also the bedroom window opens to the common area so you end up closing the blinds all day."
"The hotel is located in the very very center of Cuenca. Everything is good, the breakfast is delicious. In the evening it is a little noisy (from the street), but that is the case everywhere in the center. Overall, I liked everything. The room is not very big, but comfortable. There is electricity during blackouts in the city, the generator works."

"Excelente el tamaño de la habitación incluyendo su cama con sus múltiples capas de colchas para arroparse. Tenia un parador pequeño para colocar los objetos y mochilas. El baño contaba con agua caliente al girar la perilla derecha con la izquierda al ser el de frío regulaba que tan caliente uno deseaba. Excelente servicio a la habitación, incluso proveen con más rollo de papel higiénico en caso de requerir. El hotel y sus lugares aledaños son muy tranquilos y seguros. Igual uno debe ser precavido para evitar cualquier situación. La dueña del hotel responde casi inmediatamente si se presenta una novedad."
