"The staff is really kind, they replied fast on booking and allowed us to enter the room early in the morning since our bus arrived early in Lago Agrio. The place itself is perfect, hot water, spacious room and big bed. They were even able to arrange a good breakfast for us in the morning."

"Nice hotel in lago agrio to prepare for your Cuyabeno trip. For the price you have a wide room with an en suite toilet, bathtub, sofa and table. Can use the kitchen area and patio to hang clothes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the tourist park which is free entrance and nice to kill a couple of hours. Internet is good for working."

"Food options around are limited (need to walk for 10/15 min) but they offer delivery contacts. Facilities are a bit old but all functionable."

"The service was great. We were picked up at the airport in Coca. We could also leave our luggage during our trip to the rain forest. And they provided us with an really early breakfast when we left. The room is spacious and comfortable and for South American standards reasonably clean."

"We stayed here for a night before heading into the Amazon rainforest. The guy at the front desk spoke English and was very helpful - we were able to order breakfast for the next day, sort a taxi for the next day, and also because we arrived quite late he helped us to order food for delivery. The rooms were nice - clean, bed was very comfortable, and strong wifi. Perfect for what we needed."
