"La amabilidad del personal y la atención. Al principio nos dejaron ingresar a una habitación triple pero debido a que estaba muy expuesta a la vía era bastante ruidosa y sin ningún tipo de objeción o recargo nos cambiaron a una habitación con vista al interior del hotel y alejada de la vía pública y con iguales prestaciones que la reservada. El personal de recepción fue muy amable al darnos indicaciones para visitar lugares turísticos y movernos durante nuestra estancia."

"Its 6 blocks away from old town. Very clean nice rooms, they give plenty of blankets as its cold in the room. They bring your breakfast to your little table in your room. looks like they have a small patio in the back with some exercise equipment."
