"Everything was perfect, very clean, ideal location: 7 minutes with taxi from Airport, 5-7 minutes walking from the bus station. The building and the flat are new and made with soul, very bright and has everything we needed, even kitchen amenities with tea/coffee, variety of bath shampoos and gels, even bathrobe. Amazing stay. All instructions were easy and clear."

"This stay was a complete disaster. It was snowing in Tallinn. Shockingly, the apartment had no heating. The listing on the website states there is heating, and there were wall controls that looked like they were for heat, but there was none during our stay. In a country built for cold winters, that’s just unacceptable for a rental. I can’t believe the host is living without a heater themselves, yet we were left freezing. I messaged the host on WhatsApp, saying my mom was really cold and asking how to turn on the heat. They read it but didn’t reply. Booking.com’s customer service couldn’t even get through to them. We were left shivering with no help. Late the next morning, the host finally responded—simply saying, “We don't have heater” and asking if we had put the keys back in the original place. No apology, no explanation—just complete indifference, even with snow still falling outside. All they worried about was the keys, not their guests. The heartlessness and lack of empathy are honestly shocking. They offered a parking space, but useless — you had to call the host to open the gate every time (They didn't give the remote), and the host clearly stated that she would not come to open the gate for us, so good luck with that, you are not assumed to drive in and out the garage. This was a freezing, frustrating stay. The lack of heat (despite the listing on the website stating there is heating, it's obviously false advertising!!!) and the host’s total indifference made us feel completely unwelcome."
