"Someone appearing outside the door at 11:40 and urging us to leave. The check out was at 12:00, and i believe it is a matter of good manners to appear rather 20 minutes after the scheduled check out time, and not 20 minutes before."

"The location was excellent and I'd happily book for another stay just for that reason alone - just a walk away from the Tartu train station which was important for us on this occasion. The room was as expected, great for the price. We were happy with our experience."

"This was a pleasant surprise. The place is a little out of the way, but this leads to a very quiet neighborhood and a sound sleep. The building is nicely renovated, it had a lounge on the first and the third floor and from the looks of it, if you were travelling with little ones, they would be well taken care of. Our room was a suite which we paid 75 a night for, including breakfast. It was spacious and had everything you'd expect. As a bonus, it had an excellent view from the window, which let us enjoy new year fireworks in all their glory. The breakfast was not extensive but it was good and fresh. The owner was a very friendly fellow and an interesting person to talk to. There's free parking in the yard, so your car wouldn't be on the street either."

"The house is over 100 years old and still in good condition. Beds were very comfortable and our sleep was good! Breakfast was ok, maybe could have some more options, coffee was good 😊"
