"The falt is nice"
"I booked this flat for my family. I have paid the money in advance for the flat as mentioned here in the website. However, when they arrived there .The owner of the flat took deposit in cash from them ;which is not mentioned in the booking confirmation. He also requested extra money for electricity . He claims he changed the flat to justify taking extra money. He was very rude . He asked me not to call again as I called him at 8 AM . He is completely not professional. He stated that he will move them to another flat in the middle of thier stay as this was not the flat that booked for them!!! To be fair, after louds of negotiations and contacting customer services, we mange not to pay extra money. My family said the flat is nice . The only problem is the owner ."

"Our experience was quite disappointing. The house was very dusty and not properly cleaned, and the property we were given was different from what was shown in the photos. The host made us, along with our kids, move around to different locations claiming he had multiple houses, and then tried to offer us another place for an additional fee. This caused a lot of inconvenience and stress during our stay. I would not recommend this listing based on our experience."
