"The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Better than many in Europe — amazing atmosphere and service. Special thanks to Abdul Latif (restaurant) and Mosaad (housekeeping) for their kindness and hard work. They made our stay unforgettable! ❤️"

"Exceptional! Each and every one of them, from the reception, our beloved and esteemed Metre d', Sheeb, and his team, dynamic, energetic, friendly, attentive, and you can feel the good vibe among them, which is essential for working with so many people every day, putting in effort and achieving perfection. The chefs, the dance and entertainment team, Kareen the housekeeper, and his manager—I don't want to forget any of them. Also, we're grateful to the service and the resort. WE WILL RETURN!!!! The Chef has done us "Koshami" a popular Egipcian dish, tx"

"The internet was awful especially in our room internet didn't work at all, the bathroom's shower was not working well 100% therefore no hot water, and lack of AC at the reception was also annoying."

"Everything was awesome. The pool , the beach , the snacks, everything was amazing, and the people were too nice, especially a guy named Kareem ."
