"만4세 여아 동반한 가족여행으로 가족 모두가 편안하고 만족스럽게 잘 다녀왔어요! 직원들도 친절하고, 밤 11시 체크인 했는데 문제 없었습니다! 숙소내부 동선이 편리하고 최근에 리모델링한듯 깨끗! 리조트가 넓어서 이동할 때 산책을 겸할 수 있었고, 부대시설도 수영장도 깔끔해요! 아침식사는 무난한 편입니다! 재방문 의사 있어요!"

"From the moment we walked into this Resort & Spa we were made very welcome. The staff are very helpful and friendly always with a smile. The breakfast buffet was excellent and we had a different breakfast every day on our 8 day stay. Our room was superb. Very comfortable clean and spacious. Room 101 and all the maids were very nice and always happy with a Buenos Dias every morning. The Spa was a wonderful time for us. Very relaxing and we enjoyed it so much we used it twice on our stay. Location was perfect and the views were wonderful. Will definitely return in the future."

"Village Suite (Neptuno) was spacious and modern. The mini bar was empty and the tea/coffee equipment was incomplete (no glass water jug to heat up) As we were only one night we didn't bother to get it addressed. The balcony furniture was soaked from a rain shower and needs waterproof covers or the cushions stowed out of the rain.. Restaurant was noisy at breakfast and the vibe felt more like a works canteen than a 4 star restaurant upmarket resort . We had a car and so booked it, as it had on-site carparking. The small carpark was full and is inadequate for the size of the resort. We parked on the road about 200m away and walked back with cases in the pouring rain . Overall it was pretty mediocre and you'd expect a bit special from their most expensive Suites ...so im glad we were only there for one night."

"The car park was a joke…No space to manoeuvre our car and I’m not sure how it wasn’t damaged by other cars… The car park is frankly too small to handle the volume of cars trying to park at the hotel. I’d me massively surprised if I was the only person to bring this matter to your attention."
