"Location to station and kitchen / washing machine!"
"Stingy on bathroom supplies, one little sachet of body wash. How much does a few packets cost!! Street numbering is a bit confusing. 44, 42, 38, then 8! You need to keep walking further down the street for the numbers to come back up to 32! Soap dish is still broken in bathroom!"
"In general the place was quite pleasant. It was very spacious with plenty of storage and kitchen facilities and a very secure apartment block. I was very concerned about recent reviews especially in relation to the broken glass door. Once I arrived it was explained and made sense why it has not been fixed sooner. It is not just a simple replacement but hopefully is fixed soon. As it was only two of us the concern was not so bad but I can understand for a bigger group of people the privacy factor is an issue. With these few maintenance issues hopefully resolved soon I'm sure this property will get better ratings again."
"Obviously the glass door issue. Also, there was a bit of a smell from the shower which we alleviated with some of the many cleaning products on site. And yes the front door missing handle is a bit annoying as well."
"Loads of space, modern building, 24hr security, Great air con, very quiet, easy walk from Atocha."
"No door to shower or toilet so no privacy. Some doors to utilities (dishwasher) have come off. Quite an uphill walk to Plaza Mayor."

The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything necessary for cooking.
