"House was spacious and lovely location. 10 mins walk to train station"

"The house has a lock box and was able to lock up and leave key in there when leaving. Would have preferred to have colelcted key from lock box after arriving in city in first place rather than having to go and collect it from hotel reception first. We were a family of 5 and had to make two taxi journeys, one to hotel reception, and then a 2nd one to the apartment 2klms away. It would've been so much easier to just go straight to apartments, especially with 3 youmg kids. Other than that everything was perfect and we loved our stay"

"The facilities were excellent!"

"We stayed for 3 nights, but no one came to clean or change the towel. The service is like an airbnb, not a hotel. So, prepare for that."

"I really liked the size of the house, it has a lot of cozy places, the whole winter vibe was also very nice"

"Some of the light switches didn't do anything and it was confusing. The temperature in the house was too warm and it was not possible to lower it."

"The first thing impressed me was the temperature of the house. Because the weather was really freezing outside, we were really looking forward the warmness and it was there. Temperature was set and maintained to 22 degrees celsius. Although some people say it is not clean, at least for me, it was okay. I mean it's not perfectly clean but just good. We also very much enjoyed the sauna in the house. All the instruments worked well and the atmosphere of the house was really good. I would recommend to visit here."

"The distance from check-in counter to the house is a bit far. You have to walk for like 30 minutes. It also applies when you check out. Also for some grocery stores, you have to walk 18 minutes at least."

"Quiet, strategic location, very close to malls, supermarkets, the city center, and Santa Village. Complete facilities, suitable for families, clean and tidy. If I go to Rovaniemi again, I will stay here again."

"전반적으로 혼자 지낼 수 있는 방이며, 있을만한 식기류, 침구류는 다 있었습니다. 일단 독채인데다가 사우나까지 구비되어 있어 사우나를 혼자 즐기기 좋았습니다."

"There’s so much going on here. There are sculptures, a snow castle and the icebreaker tours leave from reception. It’s amazing place which was really busy at reception however the cabins are quiet and peaceful. I only stayed one night to go on the icebreaker cruise the next day. The cabins are cosy and it’s so serene just looking out. I wished I’d stayed longer"

"Loved our stay at the cottage! Piia and her husband did a great job at renovating it and it was hard to leave. Everything is just as described and the cottage has anything you might need. Piia is very responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate us, big thank you to her husband who dropped us off a new tv. The sauna is a great feature. Love the giant glass windows which have a view of the frozen lake and northern lights if you’re lucky."

"Staying here felt like living in a fairytale. The peaceful atmosphere, the cozy log cabin, and the beautiful forest all around created such a special place to relax. One evening we even managed to see the northern lights. The house has absolutely everything you might need – from well-equipped kitchen utensils to a dryer. The fireplace adds wonderful coziness and warmth after coming back from the freezing cold outside. The cross-country ski tracks are right next to the cabin, and the nearest downhill ski slopes are only about a 5-minute drive away. They were not crowded at all and were perfect for beginners. There was also a nice hill for kids to go sledding, and a cozy place inside where you could warm up with hot chocolate and delicious pancakes. Coming back to the cabin each evening was a real pleasure – the peace and authenticity of this place truly captivated us. We really hope to return one day."
