"Ylelliset tilat yöpymiseen kodikkaan majoitustalon yläkerrassa. Erittäin viihtyisä makuuhuone kahdelle, minkä lisäksi tv-huone ja perusastioin varusteltu minikeittiö, josta käynti tilavalle yläparvekkeelle. Kun Laiskan Kartanon karavaanariparkissa ei ollut kuin yksi yöpyjä, oli alakerrran yhteiset wc- ja suihkutilat käytännössä kokoaan omassa käytössämme."
