"The place was very clean. The host was so nice and very understanding. We needed more time to rest, and Suzie the host was more than accomdating with no hassle at all. Near to town and supermarkets. ."

"I'm really glad I stayed at the Berry Cottage during my visit to Suva. It is located in a really safe and quiet area, a short walk away from both the centre of town as well as the Fiji Museum and Thurston Gardens. The host was very friendly and welcoming, and interesting to talk with - the building dates back to World War II and feels like it has some history, with the high ceilings and old British atmosphere. It was also brilliant value for money, being very spacious, and with excellent kitchen facilities including a fridge and microwave which I found really helpful. I would have liked to have stayed longer, and highly recommend this accommodation for a peaceful and comfortable stay in fascinating Suva."

"The apartment had all facilities for self-contained living if required, which I did not use because of the nature of my travel. The location was very good and within an easy walk to Albert Park, the Museum and the city centre. Suzie, the hostess, was very helpful, friendly and her knowledge and interest enhanced my stay."

"We left our home in Levuka at 5am for almost 2 hrs boat ride before reaching suva at 10am. We were greeted by the host who was very accommodating and offered to supply us with tea stuff which we felt it was so lovely of her as the weather was cold. She was so warm and so helpful. The place was so clean, tidy , spacious and even did our laundry before we left. CCTV was present and the neighborhood was peaceful. There were also toys for our little one to keep herself occupied during our stay. The experience we felt as a family was just too good. I recommended this place to my friend today at work."

"This is our second stay at Highlands Breeze Ecolodge. Definitely a wonderful place to reset and relax. The hosts were lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed their company. If you're planning to book here, I would suggest booking for a week."

"I loved my stay here. The restaurant and bar are right on the beach, the sunsets were amazing and watching kids 'play' rugby in the sea was very entertaining. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of options including freshly made egg dishes if requested and the dinner menu was also extensive and varied. The room was very comfortable with excellent aircon. A special shout out to Vailimaina the tour agent who organised 2 fantastic trips for me - the shark snorkelling one was brilliant. Also James who took my cases to my room and remembered me thereafter. However, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Well positioned near to a few other hotels and shops"

"The property's location was peaceful as it's situated in a quiet area with good security. I felt secure with the security gate in place, which was very reassuring. Additionally, the caretaker was very friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The property itself was clean and well-maintained, making it a great place to stay."

"I loved the friendly welcome I got from Vinna and Robert and helpful advice regarding tours, local busses etc during my stay. The homestay was spotless, with freshly painted rooms and new tiles in toilet and shower. My bed was large, with spotless linen, comfy pillows and mattress, and decorated with a welcome floral bouquet - a lovely gesture. The kitchen was spacious, with many food items such as spices and sauces supplied for my consumption. Air conditioner was quiet and efficient, and the locality was only a few minutes walk to the beach, supermarket and airport. A fresh food stall was at the front of the block serving delicious smoothies etc. Being beside the airport runway wasn't a problem as no night time operations occur at Matei and no jet aircraft land there."
