"20minutes away from Paris. There is a train station 2 minutes away. Next to a big supermarket. So everything was close. The apartment is cute and is max for 4 persons (2adults& 2 kids). There is a lift. It’s in the 3rd floor, so there is a view. The owner is so helpful and friendly."

"The location is very good, walking distance to the old town, supermarket and boulangerie. The kitchen is very well equiped and the flat has a small garden. Just be ware of the mosquitoes…. The flat has aircondition that we didn‘t need. The staff is lovely and helpful."

"Really a fantastic apartment for a stay in Nice, close to tram walking distance from train. Many restaurants and shops in the immediate surrounding area. Quiet and pleasant section of Rue Dante. The little balcony is a huge plus for this property."
