"Unpleasant smell mainly in the stairwell. Beams were very very low."
"Rooftop Terrace above paintable rooftile views/skies, wonderful central location, Peace & Quiet, Views from above ancient attic quirkily converted with contemporary style. Full size fridge & freezer if you cook - indoor market nearby. Very responsive, helpful and charming hostess. Secure, quiet stair. Do book for Chateau Laurens even if you don’t understand French. Agde is heaven for cyclists, boaters, walkers & history/architecture fans and a great transport hub w main trains & buses everywhere. Recommend Mare Nostrum on river just behind, charming family & pretty; Bistro d’Hervé on rue Brescou & the other new one just before it; and either 3 bus from bridge & walk or long river walk/cycle to Les Vagues on open beach. Book always & asap from midday to get tables."
"Low beamed bedrooms can be awkward - Twin room can only take 1 adult + poss 1 child below beam side. Double room best w only 1, as stuffy but fan is provided. Wall bulb going down internal flat stairs could be replaced. Fine for 2 people, best with less luggage than we had! - quirky roof & central location definitely worth it, as is Agde itself. TV channels didn’t seem to be connected, needed code but sure host wd fix."

"Nous connaissions déjà l’établissement pour y être venu. Toujours aussi chaleureux et atypique. La propriétaire à l’écoute et vraiment d’une grande gentillesse. nous y reviendrons l’année prochaine.!!!!"

"L'absence d'un "arrêt minute" (toujours occupé par une voiture de livraison bidon) pour décharger les affaires. La grosse poutre du milieu, mais ce n'est qu'un tout petit détail."

"Locatie goed midden in Agde! Leuk ingericht appartement. Een mooi terras ! Leuke keuken met alles aanwezig. Creatieve inrichting en je bent naast de rivier met alle cafeetjes etc."
"Doordat de zolderbalken zeer laag hangen midden in het appartement op ongeveer 1 meter hoogte konden wij geen gebruik maken van het zitgedeelte. Wanneer je ouder bent, rugklachten hebt of gewoon geen zin hebt in bukken dan wordt het lastig. Ook in de douche kun je niet staan in het bad als je langer bent dan 1.75 door een dwarsbalk. Vind je dat allemaal niet erg dan is het echt een fijne plek!"

"Good location for our itinerary, easy access, nice shower and kitchen, Really nice have a fan in every room. Clean & tidy. Good friendly comms with owner. No direct parking but free on street close by. Great for our family stop over."
"Comme l'indique l'intitulé de "bel appartement proche du port se sainte marine", effectivement l'appartement est coquet clair, entretenu et très bien équipé au niveau électroménager et vaisselle. De plus un parking privé est à disposition au plus proche du bâtiment ce qui est l'idéal lorsque vous êtes véhiculés. Enfin la localisation de cet appartement est formidable, car très proche du port de Sainte Marine, à peine 5 minutes à pieds, et du bord de mer. Enfin les personnes (Vanessa et Damien) s'occupant de " Alhoa Conciergerie" sont très accessible, répondant à vos questions et sympathiques."

"Wonderful location in the heart of the old town, walkable from the bus/railway station and a large supermarket in the vicinity. Although it was difficult to get in touch with the contact person on arrival, they managed to arrange for someone else to meet us at the location to hand over the keys and show us around the apartment. It is an old building without elevator but the apartment is fresh and cozy with a tiny but well equipped kitchen."
