"It was a very spacious apartment with a large balcony. There were good facilities such as a dishwasher and a washing machine. Clotheslines and a drying rack on the balcony made it easy to dry laundry. The view of the mountains was excellent. It was also nice that there was an espresso machine with capsules provided, as well as dishwasher tablets."

"It was a major drawback that there was no Wi-Fi, especially considering that mobile coverage was rather poor, and relying solely on mobile data was costly. Communication with the host could have been better—some questions were either answered with considerable delay or not at all. The kitchen equipment was a bit limited, for example, there was only one pot. I also would have appreciated having a microwave. In some areas, more guidance would have been useful—for instance, it took such a long time for the hot water to come through that at first I thought the shower thermostat was set incorrectly."
