"The hosts were great!! We loved the accommodation, it was comfortable, roomy, and had everything you needed for an enjoyable stay. Mike and I were lucky to borrow the hosts' bikes. The surrounding areas of outstanding beauty made our cycle ride superb. Laure is a therapist, and I was lucky enough to have treatment. We would highly recommend The Refuge to anyone wishing a peaceful location with so much to see and do, or for a relaxing break."

"Lovely location - short walk to Asnelles Beach. So peaceful, just what we needed. Tight parking space but really a bonus to have onsite! Much love has gone into the decor and lots of accessible facilities. We were sad to leave!"
