"A gorgeous 200 year old stone house which has been transformed into a high quality guesthouse. Nice and clean rooms, good breakfast at the terrace. Excellent restaurant. Well maintained swimming pool area."

"The waitresses should take a course in friendly customer service. And in the tourism industry, it's also expected that they have at least a basic grasp of English for basic communication."

"Lovely staff to help you with everything you needed during your stay. They also offered us a hearty breakfast."

"This place is just so beautiful, decorated with a lot of taste. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed and a very good shower . The location is very good because you are so close to the verdon gorge and Moustier st Marie. The breakfast was very good We highly recommend"

"Loved staying in this unique log cabin - very comfortable bedroom with a separate bathroom and toilet. Everything you need for a break away. Set in beautiful countryside on the edge of Riez - Bastide De Mazan is a large property in its own grounds, renovated to an extremely high standard. Very friendly and accommodating host. Central location for visiting the Gorges of Verdun and surrounding villages."

"Everything was wonderful - spacious, comfortable room, lovely breakfast, friendly staff, all in a beautiful location where we were able to take a true break! We also appreciated the coffeemaker in the room and the fridge access in the common area. We definitely recommend!"
