B&B HOTEL Chatellerault

"Very friendly guy on reception. Clean comfortable room."

"Location, friendly staff, clean"

"Pillows need replacing"

"Absolutely fine! Easy to find and very near the autoroute.Liked the fairly secure parking!"

"Room was fairly basic with not much hanging space but then for a ‘commercial’ hotel we didn’t expect more."

"A simply decorated and small yet comfortable room, spotlessly clean. Bed with a very good matress! Perfect for overnight stay during a road trip, can only recommend"

"I don't mind automatic check-in machines if they function well: why not, we usually arrive rather late at our hotels. But at this particular hotel the automatic check-in machine bugs, as we were explained next morning this is because of software change. So if you arrive when the reception is closed and the machine suddenly freezes and you see only the picture of the hotel on the screen, don't panick, push the helpdesk button on the left, the help is quick and professional. However, a shame for B&B chain: install a functioning software, please!"
