Castellu d'Orezza

"Fantastic location in the hills."

"Food pricey for what it was. €40 set menu."

"What a stunning location! We stayed here twice during our trip upgrading our room on the second occasion. Both rooms were lovely but the upgraded room was on the top floor with 2 windows in different directions. Definitely the wow factor when you wake up. I shall never forget waking up to those views! The food was lovely and beautifully cooked by an amazing Sicilian chef, served on the decking with stunning views. All the staff were lovely and great to chat with, especially Melissa who was so helpful and pleasant. Not forgetting Julia the dog who was so cute and walked with us to a nearby waterfall. Such a pleasure! Highly recommend this property!"

"Nothing, both stays were incredible."

"The area was incredible! Hotel was super beautiful and staff friendly. Room and the view was like from the fairytaile."

"Everything!! The staff were unbelievably kind and friendly and fun. Great atmosphere for dinner. The pool and setting is the absolute winner though. You feel you are near no one at all in a private world and it is absolutely somewhere we will visit again!"

"The food was amazing and some would argue overpriced for what it was BUT when you take into account location and atmosphere and service, it’s easy to accept"

"Very well done breakfast & dinner. Typical French style. Everyday there was a new meal, no iterations. Very comfortable accomodation within green surroundings. English spoken which is very important for a non French native speaker. Private pool within the housing area."

"It is so different and it is so perfect!"

"Only that we stayed so short time :("

"Beautiful nature, nice food, swimming pool and wonderful helpful hosts. Very nice walks directly from the hotel. No traffic or noise at all, just peaceful births and flowers."

"Apart from this hotel there are very few option to dine or drink something."

"The location was beautiful and the staff was friendly. The building was wonderfully restored. We especially loved hiking in the surrounding chestnut groves."

"We didn't realize at first that the breakfast was not included in the room rate."
