"일단 역에서 너무 가까운점이 최고로 너무 좋았고, 호스트분들이 너무 너무 친절하세요!! 진짜 이렇게 숙소 친절하게 소개시켜주는 분들은 처음 보았고 소개는 물론 숙소 전체 청결하고, 주방시설 너무 완벽하게 구비되어있고, 화장실은 건조되는 세탁기까지 있습니다!! 진짜 유럽을 40일 넘게 여행하면서 묵은 최고의 숙소입니다! 첫날 저희가 잘 몰라서 와이파이 접속을 못했는데 그부분도 너무 친절하게 다음날 오셔서 해결해주셨어요ㅜㅠ진짜 친절하십니다 빨래도 잘하고 너무 맛있게 밥도 잘해먹고 행복하게 지내다가 갔습니다! 니스에 방문한다면 꼭 다시 방문하고싶은 숙소입니다😍"

"We are very happy with our stay in this comfortable and clean apartment, equipped with everything you need for a short stay - washing machine, stove, microwave, electric kettle, fridge, cooking and eating utensils, iron, hairdryer. The location was fantastic, 2 minutes walk from the train station, from where there are trains to most cities on the Cote d'Azur, and 10-15 minutes walk from the Old Town and the Promenade. The host was very responsive and even allowed us to check out later. I recommend!"

"So nice, clean and cozy apartment with all the amenities you may need. And the location is great! Very close to the main railway station Nice-Ville, easy and quick access to the city center and major tourist attractions. The host was amazing and always quick to respond that made me feel so welcome. Highly recommend the apartment and the host!"

"Everything was perfect and above expectations. The studio has more than you will need, exactly as described. It's near the city center and less than 2 minute walk from the train station. Also, the host, Yves, was very kind and more than willing to help. We recommend it 100% if you plan to visit Nice."

"This place is actually an apartment, not a studio. It has a long hallway, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. All very well equipped with anything you might need. Wifi fast and stable, good for video calls. Owner really nice and easy communication."

"Only downside is no automatic check in, no box code and with keys inside, someone needs to let you in."

"Everything about our stay was fantastic! We decided to stop in that twon because we were travelling to Lyon and coudl't be more frateful about it. One night there was enough to fullfil our desire to go back in another time and stay more days! Benedict is the best, she is so kind and the best host ever! We had breakfast outside in the sun and everything was so relaxing! We loved it!"

"It is very impressive about the beatuiful, clean, well maintained house. We have a good time here, especially the swimming pool. Good quality kictchen tool, sufficient tablewear makes us very convenient. It is easy to find free parking lot near the house, and several good restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend La Boheme."

"Very nice apartment, very central, close to everything, and an easy 10 minute walk to the main train station. The apartment is spacious and very clean. Good size bedrooms with comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped, including a coffee machine using coffee pouches. Good communication with host Chloé, she allowed us an early check-in and also offered us a late check out."
