Chalet Puy Ferrand

"Upon arriving we had many questions, like why only 1 review is posted, why the building looks so strange, why the area is deserted, is it a safe area, is it easy to get into town, etc. But the worries were in vain. It is a really nice apartment, the area is very calm in summer because many students live there, everywhere is very clean and green! The apartment is renovated and the owners really care about it. We had much comfort in having 3 bedrooms, parking and kitchen fully equipped. It is very easy to get into town by public transport. Please stay there if you want to visit Rouen. I recommend this apartment!"

"Very friendly welcome and amazing breakfast. Quiet location and spacious comfortable room with en-suite."

"La propreté des lieux ,le concept est génial 👍"

"Located in a calm and very nice area. Parking at the property. We had a large and very nicely decorated room. Very nice breakfast. Possibility to rent two electrical bikes, worth mentioning they are very good and well maintained (especially brakes), which is great to visit the region. Great walks and hikings departing from the property or the town."

"Établissement très bien situé, proche de tout (mer, resto, commerces) Pratique 3 chambres."

"A lovely quiet rural location with multiple impressive chateaux within a 10km radius. The room would suit a single or couple, attached to the main house but with private facilities and access to the rear orchard and tranquil views. The reception was warm and welcoming. A short walk into shops and restaurants."

"Location very special and owners excellent and very helpful"

"L'emplacement et les équipements du logement"

"The place is perfect. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises, and you can really appreciate the sun from there. The owner is very friendly and welcoming."
