Châteauneuf Suites

"Exceptional! This beautifully restored stone house was the perfect base to explore the stunning hilltop town of Chateauneuf. The owners have thought of every detail -from the home delivered wicker basket breakfast and super comfortable bed, to the luxurious bathroom. Highly recommend the walk to Ancien L’Ermitage ruines, and visit to the castle."

"Breakfast was optional and charged extra. We order it for our first morning. It was deliver to us in a basket, exactly as described and included freshly made French baguettes, croissants and cold cuts. The whole set up exceeded our expectations."

"The place exceeded our expectations. The restoration of the building was done with great care, and together with the professional lighting and tasteful furnishings, it has created a beautiful and very comfortable space. The studio is one of the coziest places I’ve ever stayed in. We truly enjoyed our stay."

"Absolutely stunning property that has been restored by the owners whilst retaining all its characteristics, charm & history. It’s in the most idyllic location just beneath the beautiful Chateau (that incidentally is well worth a visit) Spotless, airy with everything you need for a fantastic stay in this charming village."

"What is there not to like about this property 🤔"

"Our apartment was a really lovely space in a renovated barn (?), lots of good design details and a happy place to be if you like the French/Country feel. We do and had the top suite which felt very private. Chateaunef en Auxous is beautifully quiet with Beaune and surrounding area areas easily accessible if you have a car. Special thanks to Cindy - super helpful, no nonsense; all requests & suggestions followed up with blistering efficiency; most reassuring, thank you :o)"

"Can't think of anything."

"We loved our room. Beautifully decorated and spacious. The village is so quiet and peaceful. Except on the day thee was a Boxsoap Derby. It was so much fun to watch and really felt a part of the village. Our room had a small kitchenette with a microwave. It’s not really a cooking kitchen but we still managed very well to have some homemade meals. The bathroom is great but be mindful there are no doors. But it still seems to work"

"Beautiful accommodation set in an idyllic setting"

"Nothing"

"Location was great, the town is lovely and only a short stroll away. We would have preferred if there was parking and some sort of media, music or Tv for the nights."

"The bathroom entrance was a big tricky."

"Lovely restored spacious suite."

"Great location and the rooms were a high standard"

"Nothing really but we stayed on the ground floor and the floor above has floor boards and could get noisy and the upstairs waste pipe comes down through the room so you hear everything - this wasn’t a major issue as the guests above were very respectful but the owner might want to to consider some sort of sound proofing This wasn’t a major thing for us but maybe worth considering"
