"Actually what made a very bad impression on us was that the owner asked for the deposit of €250 several times before our stay. Since this is also mentioned in the booking, so you either accept it or not before making the reservation. When we arrived at the accommodation and after we had left the deposit of €250, there were some papers informing us that before leaving we should take out the sheets, pillowcases and towels and put them in front of the washing machine in a bin. Also, among our obligations were to have put the dishes and glasses in their washed places (something that of course we would have done without telling us), to leave the house clean as we found it, to sweep it with the vacuum cleaner and to throw away all the garbage (of course we would have done it but the way he asks for them is wrong). The brochure also informed us that if we do not leave the house as written on the papers, he would keep €50 from the deposit we gave. This sounds as a blackmail, he wants the deposit in order to ask for these obligations. The excuse that we have to clean the house is that the next person who comes should find it clean. Cleaning the accommodation is the owner's obligation in our opinion. In our case, we got up 1 hour earlier to clean the house so that he could give us back the €250 deposit. Having stayed in hundreds of accommodation around the world, this is the first time we have encountered such absurd terms in accommodation. It would be good for the owners to inform us in advance about these terms. The photos we attach are informative. Also he should mention on Booking that the apartment is on the ground floor."

"La limpieza del apartamento estaba perfecta. Tenia bastante menaje de cocina y pequeños electrodomesticos. El parking estaba justo en la puerta del apartamento. La ubicación estaba bien, para ir al centro de Colmar habia que caminar 15mins en linea recta."

"Hay que dejar una fianza de 250€ y solo puede ser en efectivo, hay que preveerlo de cara al checking. Al hacer el check out se revisa absolutamente todo del apartamento (cuentan platos, cubiertos, miran cajones,...), por lo que a la entrega de llaves recomiendo revisar todo y notificarles las incidencias."

"Nos gustó lo bien situado qué está, a escasos 10 minutos andando del Centro Histórico. Puedes aparcar gratuitamente el coche en el patio del alojamiento. Nuevo, limpio y muy cómodo. La persona qué nos recibió muy atenta a cualquier necesidad."

"Es un apartamento muy cómodo, nosotros éramos tres personas. Tiene un salón amplio con todo lo necesario. Todo está muy nuevo y limpio. También muy cómodo si llevas coche, porque aparcas en la misma puerta. Desde el apartamento puedes ir andando al centro de Colmar en unos 10-15 minutos. Es un barrio tranquilo y aparentemente seguro. Los dueños viven cerca y te ayudan en todo lo que pueden y son muy amables."
