"We would like to thank you for an absolutely amazing stay at your wonderful place. Jon was like a kid in a sweet shop the moment we arrived — grinning from ear to ear throughout our short stay! "The little house is situated on the road to Puy-de-Dôme in the woods just outside Royat. It has a garden with parking spot and is well separated from the road, so it is a quiet place. At the back you can descend to a small river and when you cross it, walk through the woods to Royat or do other hikes. The house is very cosy and is packed with memorabilia of car racing. The small kitchen is complete (hob, microwave, oven, but very small table), there is an aircon heating system and a fireplace, a good shower, TV, DVD and bluetooth sound bar. We slept very well. For car (racing) enthousiasts, an added bonus is the library (books and DVD's) about racing. The owner lives next door and came to ask us if all was OK."

"There is not a lot to complain about except maybe that we could not use the fireplace because of the smoke getting inside (the weather was wet), and the (aircon) heating system produces an annoying high pitch sound (not all the time). Don't bring too much of your own stuff because the place is packed with collector items about car racing)."

"A very unusual rental. Even if you are not an aficionado of car racing, you cannot but appreciate the many details which have been lovingly assembled in the little lodge. Very friendly and helpful owner. It is a small place but there is everything which you need."

"Es fängt an mit der Lage des Grundstücks oberhalb von Royat eingewachsen mit Blick auf einen Bach und Wald. Beim Betreten der Behausung fällt gleich die Sauberkeit auf und über allem stehen die zahlreichen Accessoires um den klassischen Motorsport, Mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail ist alles eingerichtet - Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche und haben die wundervolle Landschaft um den Puy de Dôme erkundet und im Garten den Vögeln und dem Bach gelauscht."

"Magnifique studio. très bien décoré très propre, pratique. Vraiment à côté de Royat à une demi-heure même pas de Clermont du coup nous avons eu toute à proximité. Le propriétaire n'est pas dans son chauffage ni sur la déco. Dans la maison tout est à disposition de quoi laver de quoi chauffer de quoi faire à manger. Je recommande vivement cette adresse. Tout était de bon goût dans cette location."

"Le lit était un poil trop dur pour moi, c'est le seul point noir que je vois. (Mais ça c'est une question de goût)"

"Lieu intemporelle dans le monde automobile d'Arnaud qui ouvre à une tonne de question... Le temps trop court et au moment des fêtes ne nous a pas permis d'échanger ensemble. Aménagement et Déco au top. Pti plus de ce gîte quand on y va en amoureux, c'est la cheminée qui rend ce gîte au top en mode cocooning"

"Peu de chose voir pas de chose nous n'avons pas apprécier dans ce gîte. Juste peut être au moment de notre séjour, le mode pluie de la douche semblait cassé juste parce que j'aime bien avoir les mains libres au moment de ma douche sans tenir le pommeau mais je n'en tient pas compte sur la note car je sais qu'Arnaud va y remédier rapidement."
