CLOS DU BAILLI

"The property is beautiful, we stayed in the suite on the top floor was was really lovely, the lady who was there working all weekend (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name, possibly the owner) was so friendly and kind, even though my french is incredibly rusty, the location is perfect, a very short walk to the center, and a straightforward drive from Calais."

"I have no complaints at all"

"Wonderful location near the Notre Dame Cathedral of Saint - Omer . An historic building with a stunning setting & rooms"

"The property was restored to his old glory . Each rooms are different with impeccable antiques . All with a wonderful view . The breakfast room is the mansion old dinning rooms . The property is a dream to stay"

"Breakfast was lovely and plenty of breakfast tea. The room was beautiful overlooking the magnificent Cathedral. Staff were all exceptionally helpful and happy to assist."

"Just the shower left little to be desired but it would not put me off in any way."

"Location and quality of the renovation"

"The staff were not available upon check in. Even I sent messages and called them, no answer was given."

"Clos du Bailli was an absolute gem. The house itself is stunning and the refurbishment has been done beautifully — it feels elegant but still warm and welcoming. Our room was huge and beautifully decorated, with a very large bathroom and an excellent shower. The location is perfect, right next to the cathedral and within easy walking distance of restaurants and bars. The staff were lovely throughout our stay. Breakfast was outstanding - a generous spread of cheeses, charcuterie, fresh fruit, juices and more, all served in a beautiful room. A genuinely special place to stay in Saint-Omer. We’d absolutely return."

"Nothing, everything was lovely. Thank you!"

"Beautiful renovation, great location, lovely owner, very comfortable room, excellent bed."

"Small things - the kettle and shower needed descaling, bottled water would’ve been nice, an honesty bar for the lounge. We really enjoyed our stay - thank you"

"Location is excellent - right in the centre of Saint Omer within walking distance to restaurants etc. And the hotel itself is beautifully furbished."

"TV remote wasn't working properly so we couldn't scroll through the channels. I think the batteries needed to be changed so we asked for some new batteries but none were supplied. Not a big deal for us but worth resolving for future guests."

"Just a beautifully decorated medieval building, great balcony with a view over to the Cathedral. Central to St Omer town & all amenities.Stayed here several times ideal for the Shuttle."

"Nothing"

"The whole experience is always lovely."

"Parking can be a bit of hassle."

"This is a very elegant place to stay in the historic centre of St Omer"

"Unfortunately, parking in the vicinity isn’t easy to find, though we were lucky to get a place near to the hotel."
