"Beautiful apartment with sea view. Really well equipped and felt like a home from home. The property and complex felt very secure with a reception and security. Sebastian was a great host, quickly responding to questions and offering support where needed. The Marina complex offers plenty of restaurants and a couple of shops for essentials, I’d recommend Le Pink Lotus. Larger shops and further restaurants etc on the other side of the rail line. Crossing is about 10min walk from property. Villeneuve Loubet is the perfect location for access to Nice, Antibes, Cannes and more. I was so impressed with the ease of the coastal train to get between towns. Villeneuve Loubet has a beautiful coast line and the apartment is incredibly close to the beaches. Wish I had booked to stay longer!!"

"Clean with lots of amenities and a nice view"

"Apartment/bedroom was quite humid and stuffy at night, even with air con on. Had to open a window."

"Un petit appartement coquet et confortable avec une terrasse équipée qui permet de profiter du calme du jardin de la résidence. Notre hôte a été parfait , sympathique et disponible il nous a apporté toutes les informations nécessaires. Les commerces et les restaurants à quelques pas , la place de parking et l’accueil de la résidence sont un plus. Super séjour je recommande vivement."

"Beautiful room and amenities, a lot of care has been put into the details to make it a special stay, lovely breakfast with homemade jams and really tasty bread and viennoiseries from the local baker. Very quiet and comfortable!! Coming back soon!!"

"Quaint little place with a lovely staff and very welcoming. The swimming pool is central (heated in winter) with a lovely external shared kitchen. The room was a bit small (note that it was the smallest of the guest house) but still of decent size for a couple. The breakfast is really varied and filling. Overall, it's a lovely place for hikers or skiers"

"Quiet calm safe location near some lovely restaurants in a pleasant area on the edge of Strasbourg but 10 mins walk to tram. Very fair price. The owner was kind enough to supply a fan as an emergency because there was a severe heatwave even though fan is not listed on the inventory. This was hugely appreciated as 2 of the bedrooms were upstairs and it was very hot. Good blinds in the rooms. The bed and mattress were comfortable."

"The property was in excellent condition and very comfortable. We never met our hosts, but the system for retrieving the key worked perfectly. The property was located near some excellent restaurants and the fascinating MuséoParc Alésia where Julius Caesar defeated the Gallic warrior Vercingetorix."

"A good apartment located close to the city center. The host was very helpful and responsive! We arrived late and there were no parking spaces available, but the host helped us find a place nearby. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay."
