"Location, welcome, ambience, quiet and safe. Was booked into local restaurant a short walk away La Tonnellerie- whole stay experience exceptional. Good safe storage for my bike. No qualms when I arrived soaked with me, bike, shoes and bags plastered in grit! Good hot shower. Great WiFi and breakfast with homemade jam."

"This charming house is very spacious and supplied with everything you need. It is surrounded by a large garden, with many trees, roses, lavender and wildlife. Don't forget to bring your binoculars for we've spotted many birds (like owl, yellow oriole, woodpecker), hare and squirrels. The location is very central in the Loire region and many touristic spots are within a 45 min drive. The beds are very good, comfortable shower, the SPA is nice, and due to thick outer walls the house is at a constant 18-19 degree C. Communication with the owner was good, quick, friendly and (for us very nice) in English. All the ingredients one would need for a relaxing holiday."
