"The door knob to the flat itself needs to be repaired please, tricky to open the door. Also the button on the toilet needs to be repaired as well."

"I requested 'free parking' as I always do but when we got there there was NO parking!!! There was only street parking, which proved impossible to find even though our visit was outside holiday time. So we ended up paying EUR 18 a day at a paid parking place!!!"
